McCarthy Home Inspection was founded on real-world experience — not just coursework, but years spent in the field. Our background in construction and home renovations naturally led us into house flipping, where we learned how to identify the kinds of issues that can make or break a real estate deal.
As we evaluated homes for our own investments, we began performing our own inspections — carefully checking the systems and structures that matter most to buyers and sellers. Over time, we realized that many others weren’t getting the same level of protection. We kept hearing stories about waived inspections or overlooked issues that ended up costing families thousands in unexpected repairs — expenses that added no value and offered no return.
