What is included::

✅ Visible structure and coping

✅ Equipment pad check: pump, filter, heater (if present)

✅ Visible plumbing and skimmers

✅ Electrical bonding (if observable)

✅ Safety items: fences, gates, latches, pool cover (if present)

✅ Check for obvious leaks or surface cracks

⭐ We do not open electrical panels or test buried plumbing, heating performance, or chemical levels. This is a visual inspection only. If issues are found we will advise on next steps.
